Jordan "Jordy" J. Mercer (born August 27, 1986) is a professional baseball shortstop for the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball (MLB). Prior to beginning his professional career, he played college baseball for Oklahoma State University. He has also competed for the United States national baseball team in international competition. Mercer bats and throws right-handed.
