The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached an agreement with Rutgers’s Head Coach Greg Schiano, as reported by multiple sources. However, is the 45 year-old Schiano the right move for a younger Tampa team who may have regressed in 2011? The move is somewhat of puzzling one in that by all accounts he isn’t even considered the most “NFL ready” college coach. As Mike Freeman of CBSsports.com writes, the Bucs may have been down this road before, which is even more concerning.
