Could the Blackhawks Trade Patrick Kane, and If So, Where To?
-
Peter Hahn February 22nd
trading Kane would be a HUGE mistake.

Both All-Star team captains Zdeno Chara and Daniel Alfredsson stacked their respective teams with their real-life teammates on Thursday night’s fantasy draft, though Alfredsson certainly wasn’t shy about how he went about it. He and his alternate captain, fellow Swede Henrik Lundqvist, took Ottawa defenseman Erik Karlsson (another Swede) with their first pick and Sens’ center Jason Spezza with the second, much to the pleasure of the hometown crowd watching the proceedings. He then took a break from Senators for bit before taking winger Milan Michalek in the 11th round.
Chara, meanwhile, used a bit more strategy in taking Red Wings center Pavel Datsyuk with is first pick, and then dipped into his teammate pool by selecting goalie Tim Thomas with his second. And like Alfredsson, he waited a bit longer for the next teammate, as he managed to get Bruins’ youngster Tyler Seguin on his team with the next-to-last selection.
The All-Star Skills Competition will take place on Saturday night at 7 p.m. EST, and then the All-Star game will be played on Sunday at 4.
