Magic, Lakers, Nuggets and Sixers all WIN in Dwight Howard Trade

We've been conditioned to take the premise that in every trade, in the short-term specifically, there has to be a clear-cut winner, and therefore a definitive loser. Yet in a trade that involved four teams and 10 players, each of the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Denver Nuggets-, and Philadelphia 76ers walked away walked away better than before.
