The Arizona Cardinals have taken a major hit in the secondary. Greg Toler, who was a starting cornerback in Arizona last year and was expected to start this season, has been lost for the year with a torn ACL. The injury, which Toler suffered during Saturday night's game against the Chargers, looked bad at the…

Another day, another starting cornerback lost to a season-ending injury. The Arizona Cardinals became the latest team to hear that bad news when they learned that Greg Toler, who started 13 games for them last season and was expected to be a full-time starter this year, went down with an ACL tear on Saturday night against the San Diego Chargers.
This is a big blow for the Cards, as they already traded away their No. 1 corner, Dominiqe Rodgers-Cromartie, to the Philadelphia Eagles in the trade that brought in quarterback Kevin Kolb. With Toler done for the year, either Patrick Peterson or Richard Marshall will take over the other starting role alongside A.J. Jefferson.
